Michael Sweet is the co-founder and Head Buttercream at Silver Rose Bakery, where he blends entrepreneurial drive with a passion for flavor. Michael launched his baking career in 2016, helping his wife Priscilla grow a side gig into a thriving bakery business.

Today, he leads both Silver Rose Bakery and  FOUR desserts, driving innovation, marketing, and growth strategy. Michael has since streamlined all recipes for taste and repetitiveness, pioneered new product lines, and continues to experiment for surprise and delight. He is an active member of the Executive Association of Greater Phoenix.
