Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 15 June 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations and recurring payments are handled by Objectivist Media Network Ltd.

This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Objectivist Media Network Ltd.

Objectivist Media Network Ltd. is registered in England and Wales.

Company No.: 17137293
Registered office: 37 Lombard Street, 6th Floor, London, England, EC3V 9BQ
Email: razi@objectivism.co.uk

2. General policy

We want payments, memberships, events, purchases and support payments to be clear and fair.

Refunds and cancellations depend on the type of payment, product or service purchased, whether access has already been provided, whether an event has taken place, and any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

3. Memberships and subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, you may cancel future renewals through your account settings where available, or by contacting us at:

razi@objectivism.co.uk

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments already taken.

If you cancel a membership or subscription, you may continue to have access until the end of the billing period already paid for, unless otherwise stated or unless your account has been suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms & Conditions.

We do not normally provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, unless required by law or agreed by us.

If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or unable to cancel due to a technical issue, contact us as soon as possible.

4. Digital content and online services

Digital content and online services may include livestreams, recordings, videos, articles, member-only content, online discussions, workshops, digital downloads, community access, or similar services.

Where digital content or online services are made available immediately, your cancellation or refund rights may be affected once access has started.

We do not normally provide refunds for digital content or online services after access has been provided, unless required by law, the content or service was not supplied as described, or there was a serious technical issue caused by us that prevented access.

5. Events

Event payments may include registrations, tickets, workshops, study groups, conferences, livestream events or other online or in-person events.

Unless otherwise stated, event registrations are not normally refundable after the event has taken place.

If you can no longer attend an event, contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, offer a refund, credit, transfer to another event, or transfer of registration to another person.

If we cancel an event, we will normally offer a refund, credit, or alternative arrangement.

If we reschedule an event or make a significant change to the date, time, location or format, we will explain the available options, which may include a refund, credit or transfer where appropriate.

Changes to speakers, guests, programme order, minor schedule details or event format do not automatically entitle you to a refund unless the change is substantial.

6. Donations and support payments

Objectivist Media Network Ltd. is a for-profit limited company and is not a registered charity unless expressly stated otherwise.

Payments described as donations, support payments or contributions are not charitable donations and should not be treated as tax-deductible charitable gifts unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.

One-off donations, support payments or voluntary contributions are generally treated as final once processed.

However, we may review refund requests where a payment was made by mistake, duplicated, unauthorised, or affected by a technical error. Please contact us as soon as possible if this applies.

7. Shop purchases and physical products

If we sell physical products through the website, your cancellation and return rights will depend on the product purchased and applicable consumer law.

If you wish to cancel or return a physical product, contact us at:

razi@objectivism.co.uk

Returned items should normally be unused, in reasonable condition, and returned with any original packaging where possible.

You may be responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we agree otherwise.

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or the wrong item was supplied, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Failed payments, chargebacks and payment disputes

If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, or charged back, we may suspend or cancel access to the relevant membership, event, product, service or account while the issue is investigated.

If you believe there has been an incorrect charge, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.

9. How refunds are processed

Where a refund is approved, we will usually refund the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment processors or currency conversion providers.

Unless required by law, refunds do not usually include third-party charges, currency conversion fees, bank fees or other costs outside our control.

10. How to request a refund or cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, contact us at:

Email: razi@objectivism.co.uk

Please include:

  • Your name

  • The email address used for the purchase or account

  • The date of payment

  • The item, membership, event, donation or service involved
